ELIGIBILITY - REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

MEDICAL CERTIFICATE

Each participant must, with the exception of the 13K distance, be in possession of a medical certificate for competitive activity “ATHLETICS OR MOUNTAIN RUNNING” (DM 18.02.1982 table B) valid on the date of the event.

The races part of the UTLM are open to anyone who has turned 18 years old on 09.27.2025.
For the 57K – 38K races it is recommended to have participated in at least one TRAIL RUNNING race in an Alpine/Mountain environment of approximately 35-40 km with 2,500m D+.

Each participant must be aware of the length of the chosen route and the specific nature of the environment in which the race takes place, be adequately prepared and have acquired, before the race itself, a real capacity for personal autonomy in an Alpine environment and in particular:

  • Knowing how to independently deal with weather conditions that could become difficult being linked to an alpine environment where conditions can change suddenly becoming a determining factor that cannot be underestimated; therefore being able to independently manage problems related to extreme weather conditions such as intense cold/heat, snow or rain, strong winds etc.
  • Be able to manage physical/psychological problems connected to high level of tiredness, gastrointestinal problems, muscular/articular pain, small wounds, hunger/thirst feelings etc.
  • Be conscious that the OC role is not helping the participant to manage his race.

Bib collection - Delegation

THU 25.09.2025 each participant will receive the “REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION LETTER” by email; the same must be saved on your mobile device and presented in digital format when collecting the bib together with an identity document.

The bib is the pass necessary to access all participant services; the participant must indicate on the back the name/cell phone number of the person to contact in case of emergency and save the emergency number printed on the bib itself on their cell phone. The race bib is strictly personal and therefore not transferable to third parties; it is the responsibility of the individual athlete to wear it on the chest/stomach in a visible manner and it is absolutely forbidden to make changes. Participants caught without a bib, with a modified bib or with a bib replaced by someone else's, will be subject to immediate disqualification and reported to the competent criminal and sports authorities.

GPS TRACKER
The GPS tracker (58K) and the CHIP, mandatory for the races part of the MEHT, are used to establish the chronometric times as well as for reasons related to the safety of the participants by monitoring their passage on the various points of the route. For the GPS tracker, a service included in the registration for the 58K races, a deposit of € 50.00 (cash) will be required, which will be returned to the participant once the device has been returned at the end of the race.

DELEGATION
Only for the day of FRI 26.09.2025, it will be possible to delegate another person to collect the ticket, who must present the following documentation:

Confirmation Letter printed/signed in original by the delegating member + Power of Attorney (attached to the confirmation letter)
Copy of the delegate member's identity document

Time gates

Participants who pass through the “Time Gates” after the maximum times set by the regulations will be officially out of the race and will no longer be under the responsibility of the CO. In case of bad weather conditions and/or for safety reasons, the CO reserves the right to change the time gates even during the race. The time gates for each race can be viewed on the respective “ROAD BOOKS” on the website www.UTLM.it.

The “Time Gates” take into account the terrain conditions and the difference in altitude to allow the CO to monitor the passage of the participants for safety reasons and are planned taking into account the stops to reach the finish line within the maximum race times.

To reach the start of their race, only participants can use, free of charge and upon presentation of their bib, the SHUTTLE BUSES departing from the UTLM Village at the following times:

SAT 27.09 the departure of the BUSES from the UTLM Village to the Starting Area of the various races will be mandatory.
