WHAT WE ASK:

• Proven experience as a competitor or race leader in TRAIL RUNNING races; for the 57K race groups, experience on alpine terrain is required
• Willingness to get involved for others, providing assistance when requested
• Removal of traffic marking material (posts, tape, signs, etc.)
• Very roomy backpack for the material
• Mandatory equipment and material as for the participants in the competition for which you are providing service, see Regulations
• Second jacket and extra solid/liquid food in case of assistance to an athlete in difficulty
• Personal insurance see Regulations
